Recruitment has developed a habit of daily planning in me - sometimes, I plan and re-prioritise my day a few times ! yes!
Planning has always been about work and meetings and interviews but Covid gave me the chance to prioritise exercise and self-care during my day - believe me it is not as easy as it sounds and I fail miserably some days in getting a 30 mins walk in my day but persistence pays off.
My trick to get my activity levels up is to put them in my dairy - it's like a pledge in writing :)
